The notice on the door gets torn down, the sign comes off, the mini-app goes offline, the group chat gets dissolved, the company record gets amended — **and most people spend those days venting in a group chat**, which produces no evidence. Then **run the channels in parallel** rather than sequentially: market regulator, payment platform, the mall or landlord, the franchisor if it's a franchise, and a collective filing.
