Type in what the booklet says and the code does four things: sorts everything into a timeline, computes the **age in months** at each dose (what verification actually looks at), flags problems **in the record itself** (doses of the same vaccine too close together, duplicates, dates before birth), and lists the national programme's vaccine names for you to check off. On "missing doses", one thing must be clear: **an unchecked box does not mean a missed vaccination**. There are at least four explanations — the record is in the other booklet, a combination vaccine covered several at once under a different name, the wording wasn't recognised, or it genuinely wasn't given. **These need completely different responses, and no tool can tell them apart** — that's what the immunisation clinic is for. So no local verification checklist is given here either; requirements differ by area, year and school.
