By accessing or using Freem (the “Service”), operated by FINGERPOWER DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Freem is an AI-powered search engine that answers natural-language questions by retrieving and synthesizing information from the live web, and presents the sources it relied on. The Service may include multi-turn (follow-up) conversations, image and file inputs, selectable model tiers, and related APIs.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@freem.ai if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate or distribute illegal, defamatory, infringing, hateful, or malicious content;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure;
• Use the Service to send spam, phishing content, or to facilitate fraud;
• Use automated means to abuse, overload, or scrape the Service beyond reasonable use;
• Resell or relicense the Service without our prior written consent.

5. AI-Generated Content

Answers are generated by large language models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. The Service is an information tool, not a source of professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying answers against the cited sources before relying on them.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by FINGERPOWER DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY LLC and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you provide to the Service; you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process that content solely for the purpose of delivering and improving the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers such as AI model providers and hosting providers, and links to third-party websites in its results. We are not responsible for the practices, content, availability, or terms of those third parties. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party’s terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FINGERPOWER DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or (b) US$100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FINGERPOWER DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms, for risk to other users or to the Service, or for any reason with reasonable notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will indicate when changes were made. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Jefferson County, Colorado for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
